Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time

The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

 

Almost all orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the order submission date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via phone or email.

 

Shipping Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Our domestic shipping rate is currently a $5.00 flat charge with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.


We currently do not offer overnight delivery.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the United States

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you order is completed and shipped, its tracking information will be automatically updated to the email you provided during your order.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes


Shaneika Byars United4Christ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Shaneika Byars United4Christ Customer Service and submit your claim to: registeru4c@gmail.com

 

Please be sure to save packaging materials or damaged goods as we will ask for pictures of these items.

 

Order failed to deliver

If Shaneika Byars United4Christ discovers the failure of your delivery to be our error, we will ship a new order free of charge.

Unclaimed by customer, Customer Provided wrong address

 

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address.

 

This means that they’ll be sent back to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order arrived back at our facility. We’ll then hold on the order for 15 days at no cost.


If you, the customer do not respond to our email, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).


Once you order is completed and shipped, its tracking information will be automatically updated to the email you provided during your order.
