27 Sep Be careful to Choose your Battles wisely ✨ (Prophetic Warning: Your Assignment is very Important)
Hello brothers. Hello, sisters in Christ. I hope that you all are well in the Lord. So good to see you guys.
This is a warning and is giving some insight. Now, if you’ve been following this ministry for a while, you know the last couple of videos I talked about, God bringing us out of the wilderness. God is bringing some of his children out of 40 days of fasting, just like Jesus did in the wilderness. And we’re walking into our assignments. These assignments, God has graced us to be able to operate and complete them. As long as we trust them, as long as we believe him, we are anointed, we are appointed to do these assignments, right?
But listen, as we are walking into the assignments that God is giving us in the land of Galilee, in the promised land, God is saying that there is a perpetrator that’s going to try to address us as we are carrying out the assignments that God has called us to do. God is saying that he wants his beloved children to choose their battles wisely.
The perpetrator that’s going to try to come is a battle. It’s going to be a battle that belongs to somebody else. And God is saying that many of us are going to become so overly confident in what we’re doing for God, that it will be easy for us to fall prey to taking on a battle that we are not equipped to fight. God is saying that every battle belongs to you. Some battles, we are not ready to face. A lot of people go through different types of warfare in their lives because they take on situations and circumstances that God did not call them to. And God is saying that the enemy is going to try to present a battle to you that it knows you have a desire to be a part of.
So in other words, you may be passionate about something. You may be passionate about a topic. You may be passionate about advocating for a certain situation. You may have an opinion. You may have something to say. You may have an experience with something. And the enemy is going to try to present this battle to you where you will have to interact in the way that you have a passion about. But God is saying just because you have a passion for that topic, just because you have a passion to help that situation, just because you have a desire to advocate for that situation does not mean that that is a battle that is for you.
God says exercise wisdom and exercise discernment. God says not every battle is for you and he does not want you to take on battles that you are not equipped to fight. God says, yes, that situation is important. Yes, that situation requires attention, but you are not the one to fix it. You are not the one to get involved. God says to pray about it and leave it at the altar. And he will send the person that he is equipped to take care of that battle. He will take care of it.
Meanwhile, he needs for you to focus on the assignment that he has given to you in this hour. The Lord says, be very careful because it’s going to be very easy for many of you to get so confident in your assignments because you know that God has graced you to do what you’re doing that you think that you’re going to be able to pick that battle. You think that you’re going win and God says that is not necessarily the case, because if you’re not ready spiritually if you’re not mature in your anointing, if you’re not mature in your calling, if you’re not mature in certain areas of your life, you can be easily deceived. And so God is not saying, child of God, that you are not capable of fighting battles. He’s not saying that you’re not capable of defeating the attacks of the enemy. The Bible says that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. However, when we seek battles without God’s permission when we seek battles without God’s counsel when we take on battles that God did not give us, it becomes dangerous. It’s dangerous because there are demons, there are devils that are associated with that. God says that many people go through warfare in their lives, unnecessary pain, and suffering because they chose to take on battles that did not belong to them.
A lot of times, certain situations require certain levels of warring in the spirit. They require certain levels of experience in praying and interceding. And a lot of us are not ready. A lot of us are not equipped. A lot of us are not anointed to defeat the battle that is trying to come our way. So God says he wants you to operate in the assignment that he has given you. Yes, you are graced, and you will be successful in completing it. However, when the battle comes your way, pray about it. Don’t take on responsibilities that don’t belong to you. Don’t take on other people’s problems that don’t belong to you. God says, come to him and he will give you counsel on what you need to do next. The Lord says, choose your battles very wisely in this season as you are carrying out the assignments that he has given to you in this hour.
